Welcome to Middlebury Hills website
Reclaim your connection to local food while helping to save one nearly lost farm! Abandoned for 47 years, this small farm is returning to a profitable and sustainable life thanks to its CSA members and farm markets.
CSA stands for Community Supported Agriculture. What it means is that we sell shares in our farm directly to you. A share is a box of the freshest, ripest produce we have, picked for you throughout the course of the growing season and delivered weekly. We sell shares each spring, and your support is what helps us buy the seeds and equipment necessary to make the summer season a success.
CSA is a unique farming model with both social and economic benefits. It connects you directly with a local farm and farmer and indirectly with a community of people dedicated to sustainable living. The system is based upon a desire to grow local economies, teach good nutrition, and protect and enrich agricultural land, all while providing great-tasting food. Join us and become a part of this new model of the family farm.
